Whilst every reasonable care has been taken in providing this information ,the Developer / Owner and it's agents can not be held responsible and liable for any inaccuracies.

Marble, granite and other stone products are natural stone or has natural stone components containing veins with tonality difference. There will be colour and marking caused by their complex mineral composition and incorporated impurities. While such materials or products can be pre-selected before installation, this non-conformity in the product mentioned can not be totally avoided. Unlike marble, granite being harder in composition can not be re-polished after installation and some differences in level may be felt at the joints.

Timber strips/parquet products are natural wood materials containing veins, grains and tonal differences. Thus it is not possible to achieve total consistency of colour and grain in it's selection and installation.

Natural materials are always subjected to expansion and constriction due to weather and temperature changes.

Layout and/or location of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and aircon equipments are subject to change as and when required to the sole discretion of the Architect/ Developer.

All equipments, appliances and system provided will have to be maintained and cleaned by the Purchaser.

The Purchaser is liable and responsible to make arrangement for the connection and payment of annual fees, subscription fees and other fees required by Starhub Cable Vision / Cable TV Service Provider for the TV subscriptions and service connections.
